Vanessa Paradis is a French film actress. She was born in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, France on 22 December 1972. Since she released her first hit single at the age of 14, Paradis has pursued a high-profile career in France as a singer and actress. For a time, she was in a relationship with the American actor Johnny Depp and had two children by him. She was acclaimed for her screen debut at the age of 16 in Jean-Claude Brisseau's Noce blanche (1989).
