Film Synopsis

A young Frenchwoman named Sophie travels to a war-torn country in East Europe to join a humanitarian team.  One member of the team, Mambrú, has become totally disillusioned and wants to head back home.  Another, known as 'B', is unpredictable and often comes up with decisions that are hard to fathom.  Then there is Mambrú's former lover Katya, and Damir, the interpreter, who is anxious for the war to end.  In the course of their duties, the group comes across a young boy named Nikola and find themselves with a dilemma on discovering that their only source of drinkable water is polluted by a dead body...
