Film Synopsis

To complete a film that he has started to make, a director appeals to a commission to lend him money against the film's future receipts.  When the commission turns him down, the director and his team set about murdering them, one at a time.  Meanwhile, a latter day Robin Hood is busy stealing money from the rich and distributing it amongst the poor...
