One day it suddenly dawns on Aurore that she is fast growing old against
her will. She has lost her partner, her job, and now she finds she
is about to become a grandmother. It is as if she is on some kind of
conveyor belt, sending her towards an all-too-predictable final destination.
Just when she least expected it, an old flame of her youth suddenly re-enters
her life. She experiences a dramatic new lease of life which instantly
reawakens her zest for living. Invigorated, she feels up to the task
of taking a stand against the decrepitude and isolation that Chronos appears
all too eager to foist on her. But maybe this is just one more delusion.
Is it really too late for Aurore to start a new life, or is this her last
chance of happiness...?
