Film Synopsis

Vincent Larchet is a law student who decides that he can no longer go on with his studies.  As he sets about finding himself a job, he moves into his father's swanky Paris apartment with his roommate Mathias whilst his father is away on holiday.  The absent father doesn't remain absent for long, and when he returns he is far from pleased to see his son squatting in his home, as welcome as a bout of chronic diphtheria.  Over an amiable meal, he makes a deal with his son which seems too good to turn down.  Vincent's father will agree to pay off all of the debts of his son and his friend, providing they can survive for a full week in Paris with just seven euros in their pocket.  Confident of success, the two friends readily agree to this proposal but it isn't long before they come to regret doing so.  Paris is a tougher jungle to live in than either of them had imagined, and as in any jungle there is no shortage of predators...
