Film Synopsis
In June 1952, Claude Langmann is 16 years old, although he will soon be 17. As the school year comes to its end, the lessons take on a happier hue, especially music, a subject for which Claude and his friend René Urtreger have a special aptitude. Claude's other burgeoning interest is girls. Through his cousin Léon he has managed to get his hands on some erotic books. Then, one day, Claude meets Irène, who likes nothing better than a long kiss on the mouth. She writes a letter to him, arranging for them to meet up one afternoon. Alas, the letter is intercepted by Claude's father, who, thinking that his son is about to have an assignation with a married woman, contacts Irène's older brother Robert so that they can organise a nasty trap...© James Travers
