Film Synopsis

Ginette is a seamstress at a Parisian fashion house.  The work is boring and poorly paid, and Ginette has difficulty making ends meet.  Then, one day, she receives an anonymous letter with a 100 franc note.  She continues to receive the same gift each day, from a wealthy but shy admirer who suffers from a minor physical handicap.  Ginette tries in vain to uncover the identity of her mysterious benefactor...
