Drama
aka: When the City Awakes

Film Synopsis

Julien Leroy, a man in his mid-fifties, has given up his criminal exploits but cannot resist taking on one last job, which he hopes will allow him to retire in some comfort.  The armed robbery comes off exactly as planned and it appears that Julien can look forward to a cosy retirement - until it is revealed that the crime was caught on film by a young photographer who just happened to be in the vicinity at the time.  The photographer is quick to capitalise on his good fortune, by selling his photographs to a newspaper.  Realising that the photographer is the only witness to the robbery, Julien goes after him with a vengeance.  As he does so, he finds he is himself being pursued, by the police and his criminal associates...
