Film Synopsis

In France, the penalty points system for driving licences has been around for more than twenty years.  The places where people have to go to recover their points are a vivid cross-section of society, where offenders express their anger and account for themselves.  The testimonies gathered by filmmaker Coline Serreau during these training sessions provide a tragicomic portrait of our society, where the individuality and habits of each puts in jeopardy the happiness of everyone.
