Film Synopsis

Having obtained a tidy windfall through a game of bridge, the Chambourcy family decide to splash out on a trip to Paris, accompanied by their old friends, Colladan and Cordenbois.  The holiday soon turns into a nightmare when Monsieur Chambourcy is mistaken for a thief and ends up in prison.  Having managed to escape from police custody, Chambourcy discovers that his sister Léonida is being courted by the police chief who locked him away...
