Film Synopsis

Antoine, a sculptor, is happily married to the beautiful and passionate Delphine, and it seems that nothing can destroy the love they have for each other.  One day Delphine receives the unexpected news that she is the sole heiress of an old forgotten uncle who has recently died in America.  She can scarcely believe that she has inherited a fortune that amounts to 100 million dollars.  However, the will contains a rather curious clause.   If Delphine is married she will inherit the money only if her husband should die within three months.  Over the ensuing days, the penniless Delphine finds that her love for Antoine is melting like butter in the sun, as her desire for her poisoned legacy begins to assert itself.  With her husband blissfully unaware of her intentions, Delphine sets out to fulfil the terms of her uncle's will, but has no idea what she has started...
