Klaus Kinski was a German actor whose birth name was Klaus Gunther Nakszynski. He was born in Zoppot, Free City of Danzig on 18th October 1926 and died in Lagunitas, California, USA on 23rd November 1991, aged 65.

His best films as an actor include Duccio Tessari's Bastardi, I (1968), Werner Herzog's Aguirre, der Zorn Gottes (1972), Raphaële Billetdoux's La Femme enfant (1980), Les Blank's Burden of Dreams (1982) and Fitzcarraldo (1982), and whose best work as a film director include Kinski Paganini (1989).
