Film Synopsis

In their efforts to lay their hands on a Dutch computer hacker named Jan Strook the American authorities are willing to resort to any means at their disposal, no matter how fantastic and risky.  It so happens that the CIA agent who was responsible for protecting Jan Strook, Bill Pope, is close to death.  So as not to lose his knowledge and expertise, his memory is transplanted into a dangerous criminal, Jerico Stuart, who has spent most of his adult life in prison.  When he realises how he is being manipulated by the authorities, Stuart rebels and embarks on his own private investigation, helped by secret information that was known only to Pope...
