Film Synopsis

Zayane is 75 years old.  Ever since she arrived in France, she has never set foot outside the neighbourhood where she now lives.  One day, she receives a letter informing her of the death of a man she once knew in Algeria.  In the course of one long day, she sets out to recover a box which the deceased man bequeathed her.  In her absence, her eleven children meet up in her apartment and discover a part of their mother's life about which they had been blissfully unaware...
