Film Synopsis

Unable to find work in Paris after a whole year of futile job hunting, Constance returns to her hometown of Charente-Maritimein in southwest France, where her hospitalised mother still lives.  She hopes to fill a vacancy at an estate agency where she was previously employed, but the man running the agency opts instead to give the job to another applicant, Audrey, mainly because she is willing to work for a lower salary.  Constance isn't ready to admit defeat just yet.  She feels the job is hers by right, and she intends to get it by whatever means.  To that end, she follows Audrey and contrives to inveigle her way into her life.  All's fair in love and work...
