Film Synopsis

As night falls over Paris, a man dials unlisted telephone numbers in the hope of making contact with a woman. He strikes lucky. A woman's voice reaches out to him across the ether and a bond is established. He never gets to know her name, nor where she lives, but he feels intimately close to her. They keep up this strange anonymous relationship for three years and finally agree to meet up. The woman sees her lover but does not show herself to him...
