Film Synopsis

José Stockman is a Belgian football talent scout who specialises in discovering future stars in Africa.  Whilst scouring the Ivory Coast, he comes across a potential soccer champion in Abidjan - 19-year-old Yaya Koné.  Convinced that he has struck lucky, José takes Yaya back to Belgium so that he can train and find himself a place with one of the big clubs.  Alas, nothing goes quite as planned.  On the day of a crucial test match, Yaya is suddenly taken ill.  Then José falls madly in love with a young woman named Gigi, although his feelings towards her change the instant she reveals that she is pregnant...
