Drama
aka: Nadia and the Hippos

Film Synopsis

In November 1995, the whole of France is paralysed by transport strikes.  The government plan to combat the strike is ill-received by the staff of the national railway, the SNCF, and some - Serge, Claire and Jean-Paul in particular - are motivated to take action against it.  On their return to base just outside Paris they meet a woman named Nadia.  She is carrying a child and is looking for the father who abandoned her when the baby was born.  Understanding the poor woman's distress, the strikers urge her to join them in their combat.
