Film Synopsis

Just as the face of the beautiful Queen Nefertiti miraculously resurfaces in the early years of the 20th century, near to an archaeological site at Amarna in Egypt, a young journalist unveils the secrets of the life of the daughter of the Sun God and her husband, the pharaoh Akhénaton.  Having broken with the traditions of the past, Nefertiti had to overcome plots and betrayals to become a timeless myth, a myth which takes on a new lease of life in 1912...
