Film Synopsis

There is a colourful crowd of weirdoes to be found on the Portland, a fishing boat.  First there is a madman who goes on endlessly about a shipwreck.  Then there is a captain who talks in riddles and ends up being murdered.  There is a wireless operator harbouring dubious intentions, and a second officer of few words who is thought to have killed a woman...
