Richard and Omar, two old friends, live in a close-knit district of the
suburbs where they earn a living selling hot drinks at a busy
market. It is a happy little community where everyone is ready to
come to the aid of his neighbour. Then comes the fateful day when
Omar wins the jackpot on the International Lottery. The publicity
shy Omar wants to keep his name out of the papers but soon it seems
that everyone knows his secret. Richard's life suddenly becomes
very complicated when he is suspected of being the lottery
winner...
