Film Synopsis
Monsieur and Madame Debienne have decided that their daughter Cécile will marry the renowned entomologist Léonce Vavin. Unfortunately, the latter is untutored in the ways of love and so the Debiennes take it upon themselves to educate him, by pushing him into the arms of an attractive loose woman, Totote. Léonce burns his bridges and refuses to get married, but Cécile gets what she wants in the end.© James Travers
