Si j'étais toi (2007)
Directed by Vincent Perez

Thriller / Fantasy
aka: The Secret

Film Synopsis

Benjamin and Hannah Marris are the perfect American married couple - with the typical problem teenage daughter, Samantha.  In an attempt to improve their relationship, Hannah takes Samantha away for a weekend holiday.  On the way, they are involved in an horrific road accident and both end up in a coma.  With Benjamin patiently waiting by her hospital bed, Hannah regains consciousness and it looks as though she will pull through.  The doctors are more pessimistic about Samantha, who is expected to die at any moment.  But when Hannah takes hold of her daughter's hand, something fantastic happens.  It is Hannah who dies whilst Samantha recovers... or so it seems.  In fact Hannah's spirit has passed into Samantha's body and now she must take the place of her own daughter...
