Film Synopsis
Philippe has not been long out of prison when he strikes up an acquaintance in a Parisian bar with a Kurdish militant named Adval. The latter is hunting an Iraqi criminal and hopes that he will be able to remain in France with his fiancée Siba. With Philippe's help, Adval makes preparations to bring Siba over to Paris, but before these can be put into effect the Kurd suddenly dies from a heart attack. Naturally, Philippe is devastated by the loss of his new friend and is unsure how the body should be disposed of. It seems he must take care of the funeral arrangements, but as he does so Siba suddenly turns up, accompanied by Adval's father. Before he knows it, Philippe has a whole host of problems to deal with, all because of a chance meeting in a bar...© James Travers
