Film Synopsis
The town of Amboise is one of the true gems of the Loire Valley. It is here, in the 1950s, that a group of friends get themselves into trouble as a result of a dare that goes somewhat awry. It begins just after Anne has passed her baccalaureate with flying colours. She has promised her friends that she will spend a cosy night with her friend Marie-Joe in the bedroom of Henri IV at the famous Château de Chenonceau, and this is what she does. The night passes off without any incident, but the girls get a rude awakening the following morning when they are surprised by a party of visitors. How is Anne and her friends to avoid the scandal that is now heading their way...?© James Travers
