Film Synopsis
Toto is a 30-something who live in a poor district of Paris. He makes his living by stealing dogs and then returning them to their owners on the expectation of pocketing a small financial reward. One day, his luck runs out and he is sent to prison. Before he is locked up, he meets a young woman called Ginette and falls in love with her. Toto's love for Ginette makes him a reformed character, so that when he leaves prison and meets up with her again he is an honest man, ready to make a fresh start.© James Travers
