Film Synopsis

Robert, the Viscount of Houdan, is indecision personified.  A compulsive procrastinator, he hesitates over everything and never gets round to resolving anything.  As he faces financial ruin, he falls prey to a greedy usurer, who arranges for him to marry the beautiful Yvonne.  An inveterate matchmaker, Baroness Pépin, lends her support to the venture.
