Marc is a young man who has barely managed to extricate himself from the
tender mercies of state care before he is overtaken by a burning ambition
- to locate the only known relation he has left, his grandfather. It
so happens that the latter is a career criminal who has spent the greater
part of his life behind bars. Marc's long and eventful quest takes
him across the ocean to Guyana in South America. On the way he will
get himself caught up in a romantic entanglement and no end of trouble when
he meets an attractive young waitress with a taste for adventure...
