Film Synopsis

Michel, a jazz lover, has just unearthed a rare album which he intends listening to in the quiet of his living room.  But as he does so it soon appears that the whole world has conspired to rob him of this treat.  His wife has chosen this moment to make an important revelation, his son turns up unannounced, a friend pays him an unexpected visit, and his mother constantly rings him up on his phone.  To cap it all, it turns out that this of all days is Neighbours' Day.  Michel is prepared to go to any lengths to steal his hour of peace...
