She was born in Ixelles, Belgium on 4th May 1929 and died in Tolochenaz, Switzerland on 20th January 1993, aged 63.Her best films as an actor include William Wyler's Roman Holiday (1953), Fred Zinnemann's The Nun's Story (1959), Blake Edwards's Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961), Stanley Donen's comedy-thriller Charade (1963) and Terence Young's crime-thriller Wait Until Dark (1967).
