Biography: life and films

Tino Rossi was a French actor and singer whose birth name was Constantin Rossi. He was born in Ajaccio, Corsica on 29th April 1907 and died in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine, France on 27th September 1983, aged 76.

His best films as an actor include Pierre Caron's Marinella (1936), Augusto Genina's comedy Naples au baiser de feu (1938), André Cayatte's Le Chanteur inconnu (1947), Marcel Pagnol's La Belle meunière (1948) and Pierre de Hérain's Marlène (1949).

Tino Rossi appeared in 29 films.
