Film Synopsis

Forty-something Didier Graindorge lives in Le Havre with his mother in straitened circumstances.  He has been looking forward to spending the summer with his eight-year-old son Brian, but this year Brian's mother refuses to let him stay with Didier because the latter is heavily in debt.  When the owner of a nightclub launches a disco dance competition, Didier feels that his boat has come in.  In the 1980s, he was a disco king, spending his evenings on the dance floor doing his John Travolta stuff.  Convinced he can win the competition, Didier gets into training.  If he is successful, he will win a holiday for two in Australia...
