Film Synopsis

Their tour of duty in Algeria over,  two sailors, Guy and Daniel, return to France and enjoy a summer holiday by the sea in Brest.  A young Parisian named Geneviève falls in love with Guy, but when the autumn comes they must go their separate ways.  Geneviève languishes in Paris, impatiently waiting for Guy to join her, but he seems reluctant to give up his bachelor freedom just yet...
