Monsieur Loyal, a bailiff, is hired by Madame Gaby Dargent to deal with
a young woman named Micheline who, she claims, is singing her songs
without permission. But Monsieur Loyal takes the side of
Micheline and offers her his support. He gives her a place to
stay and finds her a spot in a cabaret...
